We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee all financial matters and activities within Gaming Phenoms and its subsidiary, Phenoms Gaming. This position will be based in Santa Rosa, CA.

Job Description:

As the Controller, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial matters for Gaming Phenoms and Phenoms Gaming. You must have an intimate knowledge of corporate finance, both international and US-based. You will work closely with the CEO and management team to ensure that financial decisions are aligned with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial matters and activities within Gaming Phenoms and Phenoms Gaming
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic guidance to the CEO and management team
• Manage and develop a team of financial professionals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in corporate finance
• Strong understanding of international and US-based finance regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
