Job Description:

As a Game Testing Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining successful game testing partnerships with our clients. You must have a solid technology background, preferably within the gaming industry, and practical experience with game testing software and protocols. You must also be extremely detailed-oriented and a true people person.

• Bilingual in English & Spanish (1 of 4 positions)

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact with our gaming partners and game testers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with our game testers to ensure that they are meeting our clients’ needs
• Monitor game testing progress and report to clients
• Identify and resolve issues related to game testing partnerships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in game testing, quality assurance, or related field
• Strong understanding of game testing software and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Bonuses:

We offer competitive salary packages based on experience and skills. Game Testing Partnership Managers will also have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance and the success of game testing partnerships.

We are looking to fill four Game Testing Partnership Manager positions based in Santa Rosa, CA. One of the positions requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, while the other three require fluency in English and conversational proficiency in another language.
